After booking and payment, you'll receive an email where you're asked for your project information. This is where you'll explain what our goals are!
When the design is complete, you'll receive one of the following:
a) another email inviting you to the upcoming Friday's delivery schedule.
B) an email with your design, notes, and product links (where applicable)

We're unable to offer help on your commercial spaces. Including, but not limited to:
Salon Suites
Cafes
Lobbies/Waiting Areas
Restaurants
no, that's not our expertise!
We are not able to provide accurate pricing for your product list (if included in your service), or take into account what may/may not be available in your region. We work based of off continental United States availability, therefore introducing obstacles when it comes to shipping prices, non-international companies, and taxes.
If you're okay with this, are willing to search for product alternatives on your own, and agree to assume any tax responsibilities in your region, then we are more than happy to help! If not, we encourage you to continue looking for the designer that's right for you - we promise they are out there!

Any and all payments made to Obtained Visions are nonrefundable unless excused by the owner in writing.
OV is unable to offer refunds
When booking your appointment, you are booking the day that we will be working on your project. Be prepared for delivery that same week!

We can help with finishes through the Staging & Sourcing service. We're unable to provide a Concept Image without photos of your space (cannot be listing photos/screenshots/model home photos). It must be your home!

We can help finding furniture selections for you via Staging & Sourcing. We're unable to provide a Concept Image without photos of your space (cannot be listing photos/screenshots/model home photos). It must be your home! See if your realtor/apartment complex can allow you in to take photos!

It depends!
It depends on vendor and how much we are replacing! A standard living space can typically be finished with all new furniture & decor for $7,000 from bugdet-concious alternatives like Wayfair/Overstock/Amazon OR $15,000 for name brand vendors like Pottery Barn/Crate and Barrel.
Budget-concious alternative vendors:

OV is happy to work with existing pieces, find all new everything, or a combination of the two!

Due to our current workload, OV is currently unable to offer discounted services and package deals.

OV prices are PER SPACE, up to 400sqft. A space is separated by function, not walls!
Because these spaces would require two separate images & product lists, we need to dedicate twice the amount of time to it. You'll need to purchase 1 service for each!
This would count as 2 spaces, 2 services
OV recieves no commision off of the items listed in your product list - we will never know when or if you ever purchase anything on the list. This illustrates the desire to find things that are right for you, because they're right - not because of potential profit.

We Do Not Meet at the Time You Book:
Please note that the time you book is not the actual meeting time. Our services are not a collaborative design process. We aim to bring your inspiration to life based on the details you provide us. Only with the Concept Image Service, during the 1-hour included delivery call, will you be able to make tweaks & changes to your design.
Non-Continuous Service:Our services are not continuous or ongoing. Each session is a standalone service aimed at providing you with a complete design delivered to you the Friday or Saturday following your booking. After delivery, we will be unable to continue offering changes to your design.
Location:
We are unable to provide help with projects outside of the US at this time due to tax, shipping, and availability restrictions.
Bringing Your Inspiration to Life:Our goal is to transform your inspiration into reality. If you do not wish for your space to reflect a version of your provided inspiration, this service may not be the right fit for you.
Product List Availability:Not all of our services include a product list. Please check the specific details of your chosen package to understand what is included.
No Prior Design Preview:For the Concept Image Service, you will not receive the design before our meeting. The design process is finalized during our Zoom call, and our obligation to you & your space will conclude once the call ends.
We Don’t Read Minds:Clear communication is essential for us to deliver the best possible service. If there are specific preferences or restrictions, such as places you don't want us to shop from, items that shouldn't be moved, or any unique features in your space, please let us know. We rely on your input to avoid any misunderstandings.
