what we can & can't do

WE CAN PROVIDE A(N):

• Concept Image

  • if everything is staying the same, and you just need help selecting new decor (shower curtain, rugs, towel colors, paint, counter top decor)

  • if everything is staying in the same location as far as plumbing and electrical go, BUT you want to gut everything & start over (new vanity, refinishing current cabinetry, backsplash, light fixtures, paint, flooring, countertops, etc.)

• Staging & Sourcing​

  • if you need help with a total remodel! Because you won't be receiving that photoshoped image (only a visual/"moodboard" of what 10 new selections would look like together), we are happy to help with all new selections in any orientation or layout (existing or future!)​

• Floor Plan​

  • if you would like to brainstorm new possible layouts! Keep in mind though, these are NOT approved drawings & should NOT be used to demo/build off of! Take our plans & ideas to your local contractor to help you decide what's realistic for your home!​ This is because we aren't able to have a full understanding of your home's fine details & dimensions, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical mechanisms virtually.

• Idea Board​

  • No limitations!​​

WE CAN'T HELP WITH

• Concept Image:

  • if you want to move walls/change the structure of the room itself​. Why? Because if we can't see the space in your room, your concept image won't look realistic, which is the purpose of the concept image service!

  • Imagine you take a photo of a dining room wall that you plan to knock down and create an open concept great room. We can't help you visualize what the wall would look like removed, because we can't see what's on the other side in the image! We can't share with you how the light will interact, or even accurately guesstimate where the floor stops & the next wall begins!
